Alain has 38 years of working experience in the oil and gas exploration and production (E&P), civil engineering, semi-conductor and e-commerce industries, including 17 years in account and sales management and 10 years as a sales trainer.
As a Global Sales Trainer Alain trained customer facing professionals - from technical support to sales engineer and from account manager to sales manager – on the following topics:

During his career Alain worked and lived in 6 different geographical areas: Africa (Morocco, Sudan), Asia (China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand), Australia, Europe (France, UK), Latin America (Venezuela) and the Middle East (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait and Oman).
Alain participated was certified on designing and conduction training classes by participating to two “Train The Trainer” seminars run by:
• David Bramley Associates, in Paris in 2006
• Bob Pike, in Orlando (FL) in 2011
Alain is a graduated Civil Engineer from “Ecole d’Ingénieurs de Marseille” (France). He also holds a diploma in Physics and Chemistry from “Université de Marseille-Provence” and a degree in Business Administration from “Université d’Aix-en-Provence”.
